The hotel had a modern and elegant touch in its decor, making it feel very inviting. The general areas were well-maintained and allowed for easy navigation, even for seniors. The hotel's accessibility, with close proximity to a peaceful garden and good shopping, made it convenient for us older folks to explore and enjoy the surroundings comfortably.

I would ask for more comfortable seating areas for seniors while waiting, as there was limited seating available.

I always stay at this hotel. The first time, the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and spa. I feel comfortable and will return for New Year.

Helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate requests. Onsite amenities like a restaurant, bar, and women's bath were lovely bonuses. Felt safe and secure during a typhoon and earthquake.

Located just minutes away from Shinjuku-gyonemmae metro station, this hotel is perfect for those looking to explore the city. The hotel is very close to a subway line, making it easy to get around, and is surrounded by great restaurants. The facilities are top-notch, with a public bath and skin-color tattoo sticker for those with tattoos.

The elevators can be slow, causing long wait times at peak periods.

The best feature at this hotel is its onsen, with sleek dark-slate walls and indoor and outdoor soaking tubs. I felt like I was in a serene, otherworldly oasis amidst the bustling city. It was such a treat to unwind and melt away the day's exhaustion in those soothing hot springs.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, quickly arranging two neighboring rooms for our group. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a user-friendly bathroom with a great shower and a unique bidet toilet. The beds were super comfy, and I appreciated the convenient onsen facilities that were available from early morning until late at night. The hotel also provided complimentary water each day and had fast elevators. it was a new and modern hotel with a great location and cozy rooms, making it perfect for couples.

We loved the cleanliness of this hotel and the friendly staff. It was great that we could leave our luggage after checkout and borrow umbrellas when it rained. The hotel facilities were very excellent, especially the onsen, which my partner loved. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk to the subway and only about 10 minutes' walk from Shinjuku station. We also enjoyed being so close to a lovely park.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the metro station and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the onsen located in the basement, a good place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the amenities in the room were good, and the complimentary patches provided by the front desk for covering up tattoos in the onsen were a thoughtful touch.

One of the worst aspects was the size of the standard rooms, too small for two people. The lack of upgrade possibilities for larger rooms was also disappointing.

The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Shinjuku district. We had an issue with our room key and the staff quickly and kindly resolved it at no extra charge. The heated toilet seat was a welcome touch, especially in the colder months.

The shower with the volume regulating faucet was a nice touch, making the whole experience feel extra relaxing. Plus, the deep soaking bathtub and complimentary toiletries made it feel like a mini spa retreat in the heart of Tokyo.

I wasn't a big fan of the particular video-on-demand selection, but I know that's just my personal taste.

I loved the freshly baked omelet at the hotel's restaurant! The onsen was a highlight, with sleek walls and outdoor tubs. The two armchairs by the elevators made me feel like I was in a VIP lounge.

Seating options were so abundant, I didn't know where to sit!
